Canada-Wide Shipping

Canada-Wide Shipping We are pleased to offer free standard shipping across Canada on all orders over $98 CAD. For orders under $98 CAD, a flat $14.90 standard shipping rate applies at checkout

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak seasonal periods.

In-Store Pickup Free pickup is available at our Toronto boutique — Maison Sarava, First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West (Lower Concourse). Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours

Shipping Carriers

We ship using Canada Post or UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery across Canada.

Duties & Taxes

All prices are listed in CAD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province or territory. There are no additional duties on domestic Canadian orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
